Minerva
OH at the Starbucks counter:
Are you named after the character from Harry Potter?
No, I’m named after the Roman goddess of wisdom.
Anecdotal evidence that Professor McGonagall is the most popular Minerva and except for the ones who have planets (or days of the week in places that speak or once spoke Romance languages) named after them, Roman deities are generally obscure. (Perhaps Athena and the rest of the Greek pantheon might fare better, though.)
pro-automation
For some reason, I don’t think this is what people who are pro-automation and pro-technology had in mind. #automationFTW

Leakage
It’s probably a bit late to worry about this, but I am hoping that I sufficiently caulked the very large 50+ year old window frame in my living room.
I am also hoping that the previous leakage was only limited to the window frame, and that it’s not because the roof is leaking into the attic and and pooling in the ceiling. #ElNiño2016
