If you have untreated vitamin B12 deficiency, get it treated before you take folic acid. If you’re taking old-school anti-epileptic drugs, you’ll probably need to adjust your dosage. And if you’re on raltitrexed for treatment of advanced colorectal cancer, advanced pancreatic cancer, or mesothelioma, avoid it entirely.
And if you are allergic to corn, definitely do not eat this.
Everything else in the comments is… questionable.
